Data deletion request status
ECOM HOUSE Audit Tool connects to Shopify, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Google Ads. You can request deletion of the data we hold from each platform independently — instructions below.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
Remove ECOM HOUSE Audit Tool from Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Meta will notify us automatically via webhook and we will purge your Meta token, page tokens, ad account selection, and cached campaign and post data within 30 days.
Shopify
Uninstall the app from your Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels. Shopify fires our shop/redact and customers/redact webhooks and we purge the access token, products, orders, customers, and any cached aggregations we computed for your audit.
Google Ads
Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, find ECOM HOUSE Full Funnel Audit, and click Remove access. We then purge your Google access token, refresh token, selected customer ID, and any cached Google Ads campaign or performance snapshots within 30 days.
Manual request (all platforms at once)
Email team@ecomhouse.com with the email address you used to receive your audit. We respond within 7 business days and confirm in writing once deletion is complete.
Audit reports already delivered
Reports already sent to your email remain in your inbox at your discretion — deleting our copy does not delete the PDF or message you already received.
